Spacious and bright apartment in a car-free area in the middle of Södermalm. A total of 119 square meters with stylish and personal decor. There is a private patio, generous social areas, architect-designed kitchen and proximity to many restaurants, grocery stores, parks and playgrounds. The apartment has a double bedroom and three single bedrooms.

The space
There is a kitchen with plenty of space, dining area for 8 people that is open to the living room with spacious sofa and TV/stereo. There are three bedrooms with single beds, two of which have a desk and a bedroom with a double bed. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a large bathtub and combined shower and another with a glazed shower cabin. The apartment's patio is accessed directly from the dining area and has plants and tables/chairs. From the patio, you will come out to the neighborhood's large and leafy courtyard with many trees and plantations. The courtyard has gates leading out to a car-free local street and a large playground as well as a smaller football field with artificial grass.

Guest access
Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal except for wardrobes, bathroom cabinets and storage. Parts of the freezer & refrigerator are left empty for you, other parts are private for the landlord.

We are a family with two children (7 & 9 years) and a cat who lives here otherwise, so there are personal items and things in the apartment. We don't charge a cleaning fee, but expect you to leave the apartment in good condition. Welcome!

A car-free, leafy oasis in the middle of Södermalm with Timmermansparken close to the property. The sushi restaurant Naked Fish just outside the front door is of high quality and has full rights. Walk another block and there are several interesting restaurants and wine bars in different price ranges. Shop for large ICA quantum or Lidl, both about 200 meters of walkway.
