Great place to stay-- convenient to many wineries and activities. Large amount of space and great amenities such as kitchenette, large den with flat screen TV and breakfast items for the morning. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Heidi's house. She was incredibly welcoming and had virtually all amenities available. We really enjoyed the views of the valley from the windows and the proximity to vineyards and restaurants. Would definitely go back next time. Thank you Heidi!

What a wonderful, beautiful place to stay. I cannot say enough how helpful and willing to do anything to enhance our trip that Heidi and Jack were. A kitchen without a range, but who needed it? I was on vacation! They stocked everything we would need for breakfast, including homemade jam and fruit bread. It was wonderful! We watched DVDs, TV, deer on the lawn outside our windows, and a beautiful view of the valley. We stayed three nights, wish it could have been more.

It was fabulous staying with Jack and Heidi. The bedroom had a full length mirror, bed and a nice view. The living room and kitchenette had a mini fridge, table and utensils/glassware/plates. It was full of comfortable couches. Jack and Heidi gave us several suggestions for spots to eat, drink and explore in Dundee, Carlton, McMinnville and Portland. We ended up spending most time in Dundee and went to several tasting rooms. Conveniently, after the tasting rooms we were able to walk to their house so that we could both try wines. Since their house is in the Dundee hills it offers nice morning views and difficult jogs in the area. However, Heidi was able to suggest walking/running paths nearby as well. It was a really nice spot to come 'home' to, and have some wine and cheese while relaxing and planning out the next day. I'd love to stay with Heidi and Jack again.

A brilliant base for touring wine country! Heidi and Jack were fantastic hosts; so hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They put me at ease and had so much local knowledge and recommendations The accommodation is extremely comfortable, spacious, clean and with lots of thoughtful little touches and amazing views. The area is centrally located for wineries and is a short walk to downtown Dundee and the Red Hills Market. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Being the owners of the Joel Palmer House Restaurant in Dayton, Oregon, we felt having a guest cottage in the Wine Country would be a great addition to the experience we can provide for our customers. We fell in love with the property because of it's tranquil rural atmosphere, coupled with the proximity to everything the Oregon Wine Country has to offer.
