Our beautiful ground floor double with large walk in shower is a perfect base for exploring the stunning Roseland Penninsula. The beach is a 7 minute drive, for lazy days or brisk coastal walks. The pub is 1 minute walk up the road......perfect

The space

Beautiful, luxurious and modern, double ensuite bedroom in the village of Tregony on the stunning Roseland peninsula. Our cosy, family house is a stone's throw from the village pub, Post Office and local shop. Very central for exploring the fabulous beaches, walks and attractions in central Cornwall. Susie and Paul have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality business and over 10 of those in Cornwall.

Fresh coffee, tea and just out of the oven croissants with Cornish butter and local strawberry jam and marmalade, ham, cheese, fresh fruit and yoghurt, juice and all the cereals will be served in our beautiful breakfast room at an agreed time.

We have a large walk in shower and the room is situated on the bottom floor.

We have wi-fi available and a 32 inch television with freeview in room.

There is a bus service from the center of the village to Truro which takes around 15mins. We have many coastal walks and beaches within 5-10 miles. In particular the stunningly picturesque village of St Mawes, where you can catch the ferry to Falmouth, and if you are lucky you might see a dolphin or two!
We have lots of local knowledge to help you decide where to eat, or visit for the day.

The Eden Project is 25 minutes by car.

Please ask if we are avaliable to collect from Railway Station, sometimes it is possible.

This is a beautiful room, very nicely decorated and looking brand new, with everything you could possibly ask for provided and some nice extra touches like bottled water and biscuits. The location is handy for the local shop (next door) and pub (less than a minute's walk) and convenient for touring the area. Thanks Susan for making me feel very welcome!

Susan's B&B is exactly as described and all our expectations from previous reviews were exceeded. We were made to feel very welcome. Susan checked our arrival time and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts are outstanding! And to do some of our ironing was above and beyond what we expected. A truly relaxing and wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

A wonderful room, lovely and comfortable, high standard. The additional to detail from the cups, to proper coffee, enough space and jelly babies make it special. The host is lovely and the breakfast delicious and ample.

Susan was extremly helpful with our booking, arranging us a taxi and getting in touch before we arrived to confirm all details. On the day of checking in we were running late and she went out of her way to help us, ironing my husbands shirt, giving us a beer and wine, delaying our taxi. Her home is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and exceeded expectations, she's very relaxed and welcoming, would certainly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay and being so kind to us.

I guess I am a lively, Scottish, mother of 2 young girls. I have lived in Cornwall for over 10 years now, working in one of the most special hotels in Cornwall with my top Chef husband, Paul. Both Paul and myself have travelled extensively in the past, spending much time in Africa, Australia and America. Paul cooking in Spain, Germany, Switzerland and London. I was lucky to have spent a few years on Princess Cruise ships, which introduced me to so much culture and many nationalities. I think of those days so fondly now, especially all the escapades!
We enjoy trying all the new fantastic restaurants and cafe's that have been opening all over Cornwall in the last few years, albeit, when we find a minute!!! During the summer months, we spend most of our time on the beach, the girls adore the water and it is just wonderful to see them pullling their little boogie boards up the beach.

Cornwall is such a super place to bring up our children. This has been our dream to open our own wee place for years, and finally it has come true. We have two beautifully decorated ensuite rooms. Also, we hope to have some fun dinner evenings in the future, too. Watch this space...
