The space
This architect designed 2 storey home is perfect for that luxury getaway, with direct access to Ventnor beach this stunning 4 bedroom beachfront home has everything including views to die for and is also wheelchair friendly!

Complimentary tea, coffee, milk. Linen and bath and beach towels will also be supplied for every booking, making it that little bit easier to get away......

The main living is on the top level with stunning views of the water, the lounge is open plan with comfortable sofas, a large TV, DVD player and fireplace, perfect for keeping warm on those cold winter nights. Sliding doors open onto a large sunny deck where you can relax with a book or cook a BBQ on those gorgeous summer days we have here on the Island.

The property has a stunning European kitchen with gourmet appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven. You have everything you need to cook a gourmet meal for the whole family or group of friends.
Also upstairs is the main and second bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 x king singles upon request (at time of booking). The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed. As a wheelchair friendly property, the staircase is also fitted with a stair chair/chair lift (access must be requested.) The upstairs bathroom has a separate shower and an amazing bath.
Downstairs is the second lounge area with TV and comfortable sofas with sliding doors opening onto another deck with more beautiful views of the water and a wheelchair ramp giving access to the beautiful landscaped garden. Off from the lounge area is the second kitchen again with electric cooking and a bar fridge, making this property perfect for two families.
There are also another two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a queen bed and another with a tri-bunk and bunk bed making this home able to accommodate 11 guests very comfortably. There is also a laundry complete with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The bathroom and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
The property also has a 2 car garage and an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach.
You will not be disappointed after your stay at this property, you will want to return again and again!

We are a 10 minute drive to the Little Penguins and the delicious Phillip Island Winery is almost on your doorstep.. well 8 minutes away at the most! You'll have to book in advance for both. Enjoy!!

Airbnb apartments are the best for us, self-contained, lovingly cared for. We have a holiday house in a gorgeous part of Victoria, Australia that we are now offering through Airbnb, so we hope some of our hosts will one day be our guests too!
Most of us have survived Covid, and if it's taught us anything; it's to make the most of each and every day we have. Boy, will we be out and about when we can!!
