The restaurant serves wholesome, freshly prepared entrees, desserts, salads, soups, and the bar is a full bar.
The room itself, plus use the lobby, terrace, porch and dining room.
Interaction with guests
We are there alot but we also have staff at the front desk daily and someone who stays the night (night manager) and lives on premise. There is no one at the desk at night. We do require a phone call for guests arriving after 7 p.m. especially off-season as we may have to leave a key for them.
Quaint cottage Victorian neighborhood surrounds the Inn. It is an association so the association owns the property and residents own the cottages which are open seasonally. The Inn is in the center sitting on a bluff overlooking the area and the bay can be seen.
Easy driving, biking, walking, there are taxi's but not public bus. There is a shuttle in the summer from Bay View to downtown Petoskey and a free shuttle to the casino
Other things to note
there is a sprinkler system, and fire escapes, and someone to call in an emergency. rooms do not have a phone so you need to use your cell phone.
No smoking..Alcohol on premise only if purchased here..unless you drink it in your room only. Quiet Hours after 11 p.m. This is a relaxing getaway.
