The description of the property is pretty accurate and the host was decent about communicating any needs she had as well as accommodating my needs. Below, I have made a pros/cons list : PROS -Great proximity to little five points/midtown -3 Rooms is plenty big enough for a couple + a kid or two (however the only room with non-see through doors is the bathroom, so you will lose any privacy if it's more than just a couple!) -Large Bathroom & Shower -Up high enough for privacy -Pet Friendly/Big Fenced in Backyard -Great Area -Old/Rustic House -Owner worked with me on check in time/pets and is super friendly CONS -Had Power go out, couldn't get in contact with host to get it back on. -No Television -Internet can be spotty in bedroom -No Lighting on side of the house makes it VERY difficult to navigate at night. -2 flights of stairs to walk up entering through the backyard with groceries, makes it kind of tough. -Bed was slightly uncomfortable -No Dishwasher Honestly, for the price I paid, if I had more time to book, I probably would look elsewhere for a lengthy stay, but if you are going for a weekend/week trip, this is a perfect spot to spend some time. Thanks Dempsey for everything and best of luck!!!

Response from Dempsey:
Jordan, you may want to look at the prices of places intown Atlanta. You were paying one of the lowest prices in the area and you were allowed to have 2 dogs for no extra money - which cost me a professional cleaning of the carpets. I didn't bill the place as a long term rental. Honestly - you think you paid a lot? Do some comparison shopping next time.

This place is a diamond in the rough. It is delightful and there was plenty of room for my 4-5 of my family members. The balcony has a view of the beautiful trees and sounding quaint homes. The location of this apartment is perfect because it’s away from all the late night activity and noise, but just a 5-10 minute walk and you are in the heart of Little five points. Dempsey was wonderful to work with and had snacks waiting for us on our arrival. She even offered to take us to the grocery store and gave us a late check out. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing apartment. She was great to work with and I would stay here again.

My life with my husband Ted and our three awesome children (15, 13 and 8 years of age) find us straddled between New York and Atlanta. We love both cities and find our favorite things to do usually revolve around getting together with the wonderful friends we have made in both places. There is simply nothing better than an evening on the porch with lots of laughter.
