Little Staddles is a contemporary cedar clad chalet, set in a pretty woodland, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a couple of miles from Lyme Regis. With a super king sized cosy bed, woodburner, luxurious bathroom, outdoor hot tub and heated outside shower... it really is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The space
Little Staddles has been designed as a luxurious hideaway - a place where you can listen to the woodpeckers and owls and maybe spot a deer roaming in the woodland whilst soaking in the freestanding bath. Adjacent to our family home Little Staddles is the perfect retreat.

Exterior
Little Staddles is a separate building. It has its own access with private off road parking and a very private decked area with sun loungers, chimnea/bbq and a table. This space has been carefully landscaped with wild flowers and shrubs.
The accommodation is located up steps and accessed from its balcony which has a beautiful sunny aspect.

Interior
There is a cosy seating area with a Smart television with access to Netflix and freeview and a wood burner, including a large supply of logs. The open plan space also has a kitchen area with breakfast bar, sink, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, toaster, kettle, 2 ring gas hob, coffee machine -from beans, and all you need to make breakfast and simple meals. There is also lavazza milk heater and frothier to make the perfect coffee!
There is a superking size bed with a sumptuous goose down duvet and feather mattress topper which should ensure a great nights sleep. Please not that the pillows, duvet and topper contain feathers.

The bathroom is indulgent, with a freestanding bath where you can relax and enjoy the woodland views and there is a very spacious walk in rain shower.

There is also an ipod dock, Dab radio, wireless Bluetooth speaker and wifi. We do live in the countryside though so we cannot guarantee high speed WiFi.

Guest access
Little staddles is a completely self contained unit close to our family home. Please bear in mind there are steps to access the accommodation.
We live on a quiet lane, used mainly by dog walkers and horse riders. It's a no through road with only 4 houses so there is very little traffic.

Neighbourhood highlights

On our doorstep are some lovely walks into the woodlands and down to River Cottage H.Q. (which is a 30 minute walk away), or you can walk into Lyme Regis (which takes about an hour). A 10 minute drive will also have you in Lyme Regis, where you can stumble upon lovely cafes and restaurants, artisan shops and galleries, stroll along the seafront, find a fossil or two or simply sit and relax. This, the Jurassic Coastline is an area full of dramatic scenery and beautiful coastal walks.
