The space
Tucked on 6 peaceful acres, this newly built 950sqft home blends comfort and charm. The main floor offers a full kitchen, living space, and half bath, while upstairs you’ll find a spacious master suite with a king memory foam bed, full bath, washer/dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the Hill Country valley. The home sits near my residence, but you’ll have complete privacy with your own space. Wander the property, soak up nature, and feel right at home.

You'll have access to the house, wrap around patio, and freedom to explore the property on a peaceful walk enjoying nature.

Baby goats due June and July!!

I live on property, the houses are next door to each other.

There are working dogs on property, as well as geese. All animals are very friendly but if you're afraid of dogs this is not the best fit.

Both dogs and cats have been in the house at some point. While it's very clean, I'm including this warning for those with severe allergies
