The space
The WHOLE STONE HOUSE makes it unique and special. The relationship between architecture and nature is very evident in the choice of stone for its construction, which provides a sense of comfort and welcoming.
The house has 3 bedrooms, with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and three full bathrooms, one of them is external, all with gas showers. There is a double bed in all the rooms and in one of them there are 2 single beds. In the living room there is a backless sofa that can be used as a bed (although it is quite comfortable, it is a little narrower than a single mattress). There is also a portable fan in the house.
Very spacious room with two environments, living and dining. The living room is quite wide, with a beautiful sea view, two ceiling fans, large table, armchair, sofas, smart TV 60 inches.The dining room is just above the first one (there is a 5-step staircase connecting each other) and next to the American kitchen, which allows an interaction of those in the living room with the kitchen lovers.
Large kitchen equipped with stove and two refrigerators, microwave, stainless steel and aluminum pots, 7-liter pressure cooker, platters, wine glasses, 1 cooler, 1 parasol and beach chairs.
Ample land (2,000 m²) with a beautiful garden, parking for 4 cars (on the streets of the condominium there is, tb, plenty of space for parking) and covered barbecue next to a small waterfall (approx. 3 mts of fall) with dammed natural water (the pool is 4 m² and 80 cm deep. See in the pictures). Next to the waterfall there is a little corner to make a fire* in the evening and make a nice chat in the midst of nature... the sea in the front and, next to the waterfall. All this with a breathtaking sea view!!!

You can also plan a boat ride with your family boarding the condo beach! We have 3 contacts of professionals who offer tours in paradisiac places in Mangaratiba and Angra. ATTENTION:
1. THERE IS NO smoking inside of the house.
2. The value of the pet fee is per animal;
3. Check-in and check-out can be flexible. A fee will be charged depending on the time you wish to enter or leave. Talk to the host to find out about the possibility;
4. Do not leave the air conditioners connected to the absence of the house;
5. Carnival and Réveillon Packages: minimum of 5 nights (overnight stays);
6. For Christmas, a minimum reservation of 3 overnight stays;and
7. Kayak rental and stand up talk to the host.
Guest access
The entire property is available to guests. The top of the lot has a house that is not included in the rent. Only this house is not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Depending on the day, it is possible to arrive early or depart later. This information can be confirmed up to 1 day before the stay.
The electricity bill will be charged if it greatly exceeds the usual amount paid. The amount charged will be paid upon proof of the electricity bills for the months of previous years.
