The space
Side A of the Casa FTL is in an up and coming urban neighborhood of Ft Lauderdale.

The home features everything you need for a clean, comfortable and safe stay, whether you need to work remotely or just want to hangout and watch the smart TV for several apps without having to login. Each bedroom has a TV and one in the living room.

The duplex has two sides, each their own Airbnb, with each having their own entrance separate from the other side and you will have your own private space. Side A is a cute 2 bedroom apartment perfect for 4 guest.

The backyard is shared but available for your use along with an outdoor Bluetooth speaker. With so much greenery you are likely to see butterflies and birds, and we also have pool floats to enjoy the pool. As a side note you may hear a neighbors dog, unfortunately we cannot have neighbors pets removed for us.

We always provide snacks for your arrival and are happy to provide free early check in or late check out when available.

Other things to note
The backyard is a shared space and we do not allow outside visitors, we only want those on the reservation on either side of the house to be able to enjoy.

No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed. $1000 party /event fee will be charged plus extra guest and damages.

The pool is an Intex above ground pool that measures 52in high, and 18ft X 9ft long and wide.
