With its open and tasteful interior design, this large studio will make your stay in Los Angeles both enjoyable and memorable. It's open kitchen is perfect for entertaining guests. It's spacious bathroom and own washer/dryer is an incredible convenience. Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Showtime are readily available for those nights in, complete with a few bags of complimentary popcorn. A vanity area and urban view balcony provides comfort and serenity. It's amenities include parking, 24 hour gym, pool, and spa (hot tub).
I travel a great deal for work, so I especially appreciate what it is like to come home from a long day of business, or vacationing. Sightseeing is hard work! My apartment is an ideal place to kick your feet up, no matter what they were doing during the day. Unlike many airbnb listings that are seemingly just crash pads, you will find my studio has that 'home away from home' feeling because it already is one for me. Don the provided bath robes and take a dip in the hot spa during the cooler hours of the evenings - its a wonderful way to unwind! Gourmet morning coffee is awaiting you, along with a few snacks to brighten the day. If Starbucks is what you need, there is one just 2 blocks away. And with a liquor/convenience store attached to the building, you really can just relax. I also try my best to accommodate early/late check in/outs as much as possible. Please feel free to ask me any/all questions, and do come stay with me!
Guests can access the full apartment, as well as the building amenities including a 24-hour gym, hot spa, and saltwater pool. Nothing in the apartment is off limits to you except one storage closet by the kitchen. Please make yourself at home, and help yourself to whatever is in the pantry as well as the refrigerator. My studio is a professional AirBnB listing, so you thankfully won't find yourself having to muddle around personal belongings and/or last seasons clothes!
There is also 1 free assigned parking space, with guest parking available on a first come, first served basis. A garage remote will be provided, please ensure its return upon checkout. Check-in is via keys on a lock box at the front gate and/or apartment door. You will be given the lockbox code upon booking. Please ensure you have returned the keys to the lockbox upon checkout. Loss or damage of keys/garage remote will incur a replacement fee. Further check-in instructions will be sent to you upon booking.
Interaction with guests
I will interact with guests as much as they request. Having lived in Los Angeles for 6 years, I can provide recommendations and referrals to accommodate a variety of interests.
Other things to note
There is a wonderful convenience/liquor store located right outside, just steps from the studio. It has practically everything you may need!
A quick reminder: as always in LA, it is best not to mention Airbnb. While it is legal, like most cities in the world, Los Angeles is still getting used to the idea of home-sharing, so not everybody loves Airbnb. Neighbors don't always like the idea that the person next-door is a stranger. So if anybody should ask, just say you're a friend of mine. Again, this is true of most cities in the world, so it's not specific to LA and not specific to my apartment. While highly unlikely, should you have any sort of issue please reach out to me personally as I am available 24/7.
I live abroad, so this is my space when I am visiting Los Angeles. As such, I ask my guests to respect my home while absolutely enjoying themselves at the same time. Please be a courteous, kind, and clean guest - as that is what AirBnB is all about. If there are any issues, or should anything be lost or damaged, please contact me directly 24/7 as building management/neighbors are not to be disturbed. There is to be no smoking in the apartment, but on the balcony is fine and convenient. It is a quiet building, with absolutely no noise after 10PM so if you are looking to cut loose and party, please do look elsewhere.
