The space

Viv. Vac. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Magnificent home with 3 bedrooms and garage seafront in the best area of Las Canteras. Brand new, 2 large bathrooms, with exquisite decoration. An amazing terrace and a garage for one car. Next to the Hotel Reina Isabel. Spectacular sunsets. Master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom. One bedroom with a 1.20 wide bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. The second bathroom is located next to the two bedrooms, in the hallway. Both bathrooms are complete with shower. Entrance to the building from the Paseo de Las Canteras and entrance to the garage from the back street.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a private and unique apartment in a private properties building, it is not a touristic apartment in a touristic complex

.- Please monitor the lights. As sometimes cannot appreciate if it is on or off.

.- It prohibited any activity that harms coexistence, hygiene, public order and the rest of the neighbours.

Fabulous apartment located just where you would choose to be on Las Canteras beach. Lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, new and modern kitchen and the most wonderful glass surrounded balcony. Contemporary but homely feel with lovely accessories etc. The essential pack was really helpful. Victoria met us as pre-arranged and gave us a great induction to the apartment. Easy access to lots of lovely restaurants Las Canteras beach was great and full of locals...definitely not a tourist beach, but lots of space and sunbeds. The beach was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Las Palmas. Only (URL HIDDEN) is incredibly tight to get your car into the garage. We ended up scraping the side our vehicle which was a large Dacia on a long wheel base. We got the hang of it in the end, but if you can chose a compact car for your car hire it will save you some anxiety!

This was our second time this year at this lovely spacious beachfront apartment, this time with different members of the family. Victoria was there to meet us as before, and communication beforehand was excellent. We had a very enjoyable relaxing week. Although the weather wasn't sunny every day - we had our hire car in the private garage below available for day trips around the island. Since our last visit we were delighted that a dishwasher had been installed! The apartment may be a little more pricey than others in the area - however the standard of accommodation is truly excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Lovely spacious apartment with balcony right on las Canteras beachfront. Excellent location. Everything very new. Perfect for our family needs, and the car parking was an added bonus. The handover was straightforward and we had a great week. I would recommend this apartment, and would definitely go there again. Gracias to Victoria and team at Lovely Weeks.

Wonderful stay in this fantastic apartment. Great layout, perfect condition, ideal location, panoramic views on the beautiful beach of Las Canteras and the Atlantic Ocean and, last but not least, a very friendly and helpful host in the person of Victoria. We'll be back!

Hola, soy Victoria Escauriaza. Llevo viviendo en Las Palmas GC desde el año 1998, pero soy del Pais Vasco. Llegué a esta ciudad sin saber muy bien cuánto me iba a quedar pero la magnífica playa de Las Canteras me cautivó completamente. Durante todo este tiempo me he dedicado profesionalmente al mundo de la decoración y la importación, pero desde el 2007 comencé a preparar pisos para alquilar y ya tengo un pequeño montón. Nuestra empresa se llama Lovelyweeks y estamos desarrollando una gran labor junto a nuestros propietarios. Me encanta. Disfruto preparándolos como si viniera mi familia propia y me encanta conocer gente nueva y ayudarles a descubrir esta maravillosa ciudad. No hay nada que me guste más que un matutino o vespertino paseo por la playa cualquier día del año. Ese es mi gran tesoro. Tengo 2 hijos, por tanto mi viaje ideal es aquel que me ayude a descubrir los verdaderos lugares de las gentes locales. Hacer la misma rutina que hacen los lugareños y que mis hijos conozcan cómo se vive en cualquier lugar del mundo. Bueno, espero que te animes a conocer este archipiélago que tanto merece la pena.
