Located two blocks from la CEPAL (United Nations) and for those interested in shopping, I live 6 or 7 blocks from Costanera Center, the biggest shopping Center in South America, and three blocks from Casa Costanera, a very fancy shopping center with restaurants, movie halls and cafés. Right in front of my building there is beautiful park, with shades where you can sit and read a book; great lounge chairs that the Municipality provides. If you enjoy exercising, it is a great place for jogging
This is one of the best neighborhoods in Santiago. It is safe and beautiful, with a great park, very good shopping places, restaurants, cafés and so on.
Buses pass constantly by my street. A taxi to the subway station costs around $1000 chilean pesos. Or you could walk to the subway station because it is only 7 blocks from here.
