I love guests! Please feel free to message or call me with any questions/issues. If I'm home and available, I'd love to talk to you and know your journey/story. I'm also happy to help with local tips and info, putting you on guestlists for nightlife, where to eat, what to see, and anything else a Vegas local may help with. I have a hiking and meditation tour on Airbnb and you're welcome to come on that as well with a 15% discount booked trips.

*Guests are asked to remove shoes inside as this is an Asian home and that is our tradition. It also helps keep the space clean. Please put shoes on when in the backyard.
*Only guests on reservation allowed. No additional guests.
*This home uses minimal heating and cooling for health, personal, and environmental reasons. Temperatures are kept between 68 and 82 depending on season and climate at the time. Fans and extra blanket are available. Often, windows are open in common areas. If you are uncomfortable with that, then this home may not be a good fit.
*Please turn off lights/appliances when not in use.
*Please do not leave personal belongings and towels in the shared bathroom.
*Bag drop off and pick up is only available to guests who do not have their own vehicle.
*Washer and dryer only available free of charge for reservations of 4 nights or longer. One load per reservation. Additional loads are $10 each. Use prohibited between 6pm and 7am and on the day of check out.
Please ask before using washer or dryer.
*No burning of anything, including smoking, incense, or candles during your stay.
*I have two small children who are for the most part well behaved but they make some noise during your stay. If you don't like children or need absolute silence at all times, this home is not for you

This is the perfect location in Vegas. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood tucked away in the best location. 0.5 mile to the 15 highway. So many good food within walking distance and a short walk to Palace Station Casino with world class movie theaters and dining. A mile from the strip so you’re never far from the action, right by Fashion Show Mall, Wynn/Encore Casino, Resorts World, Venetian, etc. A mile from downtown with the thriving art scene, Fremont Street Experience, and Brewery Row. A mile to Area 15! A mile to Festival Grounds, walk to the event! A mile to the Convention Center where all the big conventions are. Right next to Chinatown with some of the best Asian food in the world. 4 minute drive to Smith Grocery Store, 7 to Walmart/Lowes. Hiking? 30 minutes to Red Rock.
