It is a comfortable apartment with a living space of approx. 50 sqm in the town centre (in the near of the university). The apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished, designed for demanding customers, and is located on the fourth floor of a multistory house with lift.
The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom with a French bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bath. The flat is completely furnished (dishes etc.) and is furnished with new furniture. Satellite television is provided in both in the living room and in the bedroom, each with a DVD player.
The apartment is suitable for max. 4 persons. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom in a big bed, the comfortable folding sofa bed is available for two further persons in the living room.
The underground car park as well as all floors of the house can be reached with a lift (this flat is suitable for the disabled).
You can take care of your shopping needs in the "Tesco" supermarket, which is located near the flat (basic things like drinks and snacks can also be provided at the fuel stations and the McDonalds in the front of the house).
Thanks to the central location, you can dive right into the nightlife in the town centre. There are restaurants, pubs, galleries, theatres and clubs at the Wrocławer market place and in the surrounding area.
Our apartment offers you comfort and security (24 hour security service). You can park your vehicle in the video monitored underground car park.

A transfer to and from the airport is available upon request.

Dear guests, please understand that you are spending your holiday in a private installation and that rules apply that absolutely must be adhered to:
•Local residents, who work during the day or night, live in this house. Please take this into consideration and do not be too loud.
•Radio and television reception have to be adjusted to room volume. Music equipment may not be used on the balcony. Night's rest applies as of 23:00 hours (avoid noise nuisance).
•The airing of bedding as well as the drying of towels may not be carried out via the balcony railings, but only on the clothes stands.
•To avoid discolorations and damages, we ask that you do not move the furniture out on the balcony.
•If you would like to smoke, no problem. Please smoke only on the balcony and not in the flat. Please do not throw cigarette butts from the balcony, please use an ashtray.
•Please remove any mess that you may leave in the corridors and the lift.
•You can dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish room.
You will find the rubbish room approx. 10 meters from the house entrance to the left (in the entry with the barrier pole) on the left (you need a code card to open the door!)
•Please park in the underground garage only on car space no. 88
