David was a great host, very accommodating and responsive! This location is amazing with a nice private beach with a great view just steps away. We'd definitely stay at this location again the next time we're in Tahoe.

The place is very clean and quite. Good location. 3 minutes walk to the lake and 7 minutes drive to Safeway to buy food and drinks. Only one assigned car spot but easy to find another guest parking. We didn’t have any issue in check-in and during the stay. Easy check out process…
