INTERNAL REGULATION
We are trying to receive our guests in the best conditions, and we except that they respect our house. There is no list of precise rules but we simply hope that the visitors will have manners, that is to say they give back the house tidy and clean, and they respect the quiet of the neighborhood.
We know that accident could happen and we ask our guests to signal any mishap when they leave, so we can find a friendly solution. All the equipments are operational and, if we find any degradation, we will demand refund or keep the guarantee.

GARBAGE
We encourage our guests to respect the selective sorting. There is a specific bin for recyclable trash placed in the cupboard next to the dishwasher. The bin for the household is under the sink. We ask our guests to let the bins empty when they leave. The communal bins are located at the edge of the village, in the direction of Perrigny sur Armançon.

After staying in Paris and ending up in Freiburg, we wanted to stay a few days in Burgundy. We chose this house in Cry, France. It was a wonderful choice. Florence and Edri could not have been better host and made us feel very welcomed. They have a little restaurant at the end of the street and offered to make diner for us, even though the restaurant was closed at the time. The food was absolutely delicious and was a great way to sample some of the local cuisine. We spent the next day driving through the country-side and visiting Beaune. Cry, and the surrounding are are beautiful and well worth exploring. Thank you again to Florence and Edri for a marvelous stay.

We stayed at the property for one night stopover on our way to Paris from Chamonix. The house was very cosy, spacious, cleaned and one of the most equipped/facilitated that i have met on Airbnb so far. We enjoyed the place and wish we have stayed longer. The location was also good if you want to experience french quite and peaceful rural living but be sure to arrive before dark as once you exit the highway going to the place, the roads was not well lighted and very dark at night..and a bit winding too. There was a bit miscommunication with Roxxane on my arrival time but Roxxane made sure there was somebody to receive me on my arrival to show the house around. Roxxane was also very responsive when i had problem with hot water but the problem was immediately resolved. I would recommend the house for anyone to stay. One of the most cleaned, equipped and cozy place i have stayed so far

Roxanne and Ambroise were so welcoming and were waiting for us when we arrived. The house is in a tiny peaceful C17 hamlet which feels like you've stepped back in time. The river and the canal are delightful as is the old bridge. It was a lovely restful stopover on our journey north and we'll definitely go back.

Roxanne was there exactly when we arrived, and showed us everything we needed for the one-night stay. The apartment was spacious, and with a large kitchen which we used.

What a great experience! My sister, mother and I stayed for 3 nights in Cry and it was fantastic. We were met by Roxanne's mother, who is just wonderful. She made us feel very welcome and at home and we had a fire built for us every night. The house was a treat and the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. I am looking forward to staying here again!
