The space
Your retreat includes a fully self-contained kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, spacious fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, and a full range of utensils — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The main bedroom features a Super King bed with electric blankets, a smart TV with Netflix, and direct access to a sunlit deck with BBQ — perfect for morning coffee.

The lounge offers relaxed seating, a smart TV, and a premium Tiltaway double bed with electric blankets — wake up to sweeping lake and mountain views. From here, step onto a second deck that captures the afternoon sun and stunning sunsets. A heat pump and HRV system keep the space comfortable year-round.

The tiled bathroom is finished with underfloor heating and a generous shower with plentiful hot water.

Outdoor living
Enjoy all-day sun, seamless indoor–outdoor flow, and spacious lawns. Fire up the BBQ, take in the views, or challenge friends to a game of Corn Hole (provided).

You’re welcome to enjoy the lawns and parking area during your stay, but for everyone’s safety (yours and the animals’), please don’t open or go through any gates into the paddocks.

We don't charge a cleaning fee, so we love clean guests!.

Located on a quiet, private road in a rural setting with a short drive or bike ride to the lakefront, General Store, and coffee cart. Easy access to K2K and W2K bike trails and local stream walks, boat launching, golf facilities, and a cafe. Taupo, with its shops, cafes, restaurants, and Sunday market, is a 20-minute drive. Turangi is a 1-hour drive, regardless of whether you travel down the East or West side of the lake, opening up lots of adventures.

We are Ian and Carrie we ran a sucessful air bnb on our previous farm, we are excited to share our new piece of paradise which we have fitted out with travellers in mind. We have travelled extensively and we enjoy meeting fellow travellers whilst giving them a private space to relax and unwind. We have lots of friendly farm animals. We are a working farm including a dog and cat, so if you don't like animals then probably not the place for you
