Kennedy House, built in 1889, has been renovated with restraint and flare, retaining the charm of the era while offering the comfort and style of a first-class destination.

Located 2 blocks from the quaint town center and minutes from wineries.

The space

I have owned my home since 2012. After a lot of renovating, it is now beautiful. It's super close (2 blocks) to swanky restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Plus there are many award winning wineries surrounding our area.

Guest access

All areas of the house and the yard will be accessible, with the exception of a couple locked closets, the garage and the basement.

Interaction with guests

We will be available to give you a tour of the house if requested, and we are available if you have questions of any kind.

Other things to note

An 11% city occupancy tax is included in the rate.

We sometimes allow a pet and if we do, there is an additional fee of $200 per week or any fraction of a week.

If you have a seventh guest or need an additional bed, we can set up the trundle bed in the fourth very small bedroom for an additional 50 dollars per night (not to exceed 200 dollars).

Deborah's place was the perfect home base for a girls' weekend in Paso. The communal spaces were just the right size: enough elbow room for all six of us, but still pleasantly cozy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and perfecly homey without feeling cluttered. Morning coffee in the gazebo was a highlight. The location is great, plenty of street parking and we were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

We came here for a girl's weekend away and immediately our jaws dropped when we walked in the door. Deborah's home is in short, stunning. You can tell she has put her heart into each detail. Deborah was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. A lovely basket of wine and snacks were awaiting our arrival. The location was secluded but allowed for a quick walk into town for restaurants, coffee, and shops. We even saw deer in our front yard! I am a huge fan of cooking and the place was well stocked with beautiful cookbooks and every tool you could possibly want to create a gourmet meal. We can't wait to return. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable. I would recommend this home to any of my friends or family!

This is a lovely home, offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and roomy common rooms, with pretty outdoor spaces as well. The size and peaceful environment are unusual for a house that is a short 3-4 block walk to the center of town with its darling shops, tasting rooms and terrific restaurants. Deborah was on the property, in a separate private apartment, and without ever intruding was available to help us throughout our stay. She made us very comfortable with personal recommendations and a cute welcome basket including snacks and wine! Her hospitable attitude made us more comfortable to reach out to her for local tips, and she provided some excellent suggestions for meals and activities. The house is "vintage" with some local history and it's obvious that it has been lovingly restored. We especially enjoyed the porch rockers and the sparkling, well organized farmhouse kitchen. The retro style of the home reflects it's architectural ethic but there are plenty of options for television or movie viewing and a good solid wifi signal.
