Was convenient location for accessing the university. The duplex unit has all essentials, cozy in the bathroom and kitchen corners. Mary was nice, breakfast a plus. Though we seem to have bit difficulty understanding communicating, every time it took two or three tries.

Response from Mary:
Most messages were sent by texting to AIRBNB , there were no problems when sent them via the phone. I did not appreciate you paying cash and I did not understand that you were not going to pay via AIRBNB. I expressed my concern by sending a message to please respond to AIRBNB .

My most recent stay at Mary's place was just right! She is a warm and welcoming host, and the room is private, comfortable, and very reasonable. I feel that I can make more trips to Salt Lake City, and stay longer, because I have found such a good value in housing. The 9th & 9th neighborhood is a short walk, and there you will find great coffee, food, shopping and even a cinema! Can't beat it for a neighborhood experience. I've even made local friends who I run into at Coffee Garden, every month or two when I visit. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

This was my second stay at Mary's. I look forward to the next one. The room and the location are perfect for a solo traveler. Comfortable, quiet and clean. I love the easy walk to the coffee shops and businesses at 9th and 9th. It is such a good value that I can visit Salt Lake City more often and stay longer.

Mary was an excellent host and her home is located near a popular area with many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The bed was comfortable and the place is as advertised. Recommended

Mary is a great host and new friend. Traveling alone for a conference, Mary went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She bought me fresh peaches and had a nice little coffee station prepared each morning. While not near the Salt Lake Convention Center (she doesn't say it is), Mary's home is near a trendy intersection of neighborhood bars, restaurants, yoga studios, markets and more. Like many places in east Salt Lake City, it's a short drive to Park City. If you're looking for an inviting, simple, clean and affordable place to stay, I'd highly recommend Mary's home.

Mary was very welcoming and available at all times. The room is "roomy" with a nice desk and dresser. Her artwork is on the walls and it is beautiful The location is outstanding as there are restaurants and a wonderful gelato shop nearby at 9th and 9th. I would enjoy staying at Mary's home again. I almost forgot....she provided tea or coffee and a nice cold cereal in the morning. It was all lovely.
