This adorable, stylish, squeaky clean first-floor 3-bedroom condo with an elevator sits directly on the beach with incredible ocean views and tons of natural light! Sit on your screened-in veranda and enjoy soaking in the tranquil view of the waves, and palm trees with the fresh scent of sea air. The living room has an inviting sofa and comfortable armchairs that provide a cozy retreat after long days of enjoying the beach or exploring the area.
BEACH SUPPLIES & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED!
Well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and beach/pool towels, you can save room when packing. Games for an evening of family fun; a fully-loaded coffee bar; and a Smart TV with Spectrum cable in every room. All the details of your home away from home have been thought of!

KITCHEN:
Spacious kitchen fully stocked with microwave, stainless steel stove/fridge/dishwasher. Comes fully stocked with pots, pans, sharp knives, spices and all the cooking utensils needed for travelers that love to cook and entertain. Fully loaded coffee bar with a Drip Coffee Machine, Keurig & French Press. We provide a few Keurig pods, creamer, and sugar to get you started on your first morning. Please bring along what you need for the duration of your stay.

47" 4K Smart TV, open concept with tons of natural light. Indoor dining table that seats 6. Outdoor dining room that seats 4.
DESIGNATED BAR AREA:

PARKING:
2 free parking spaces are provided. You will need to use the parking pass provided during the months of June, July, and August. (No extra parking provided over 2 cars.) Please note that golf carts are not permitted on the property.
