We're new at this so we don't really have any reviews for you. My husband and I have recently retired and downsized but we're not really ready to sell this beautiful home. I am a retired Real Estate Broker. He retired from Medtronic, Inc as a Facilities Tech last year. We live in a smaller home nearby and can be available daily to answer questions and provide assistance.
This single family home is located in an upscale community in Queen Creek, AZ. The neighbors are very nice and many of them are winter visitors, too. Daytime temps in the winter average 55 to 72 degrees and 32 to 45 at night. Sweaters and light jackets are recommended for early morning and late afternoon outings. Rain is rare. The home is equipped with central air and heat, as well as a fireplace in the formal living room and a gas fire pit in the back yard. There are several miles of walking and bike trails throughout the community and tot lots for children. The community is located within minutes of multiple shopping, dining, entertainment and golf venues. San Tan Regional Park (just minutes away) offers miles and miles of hiking and well as horse back riding and bicycling opportunities. Two lakes are within an hour drive for fishing and boating and there are numerous golf courses in the area.
There is a private 3 car garage with electric openers available to guests. Private car is best for area transportation.

Beautiful, friendly community. The home is located in a HOA with no overnight parking allowed on the street. There is a three car garage and a driveway sufficient to hold 4 additional autos.
Guests are expected to maintain the home in good condition throughout their stay. The washer/dryer are available for guest use, as well as routine cleaning supplies. All landscaping and maintenance is included in the rental fee. Absolutely no smoking allowed on this property. Well trained small or medium dogs are allowed with a additional $1000 refundable pet deposit. A doggie door is provided. Absolutely no cats or birds.
