In a beautiful, quiet and green spot (Lala settlement, Kalyvia), just 6'-7' drive from the center of Karystos, there is a comfortable, beautiful and spacious newly built apartment. Ideal for relaxation, with a wonderful view, on a green hillside.

The space
The newly built and spacious apartment (about 45sqm) is located in a property on the beautiful, green and quiet side of the settlement of Lala (Kalivia), however, just 5km (6' drive) from the center of Karystos. A brand new, beautiful, comfortable 2-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, and the possibility of adding a ranch for a 4th person).

🔹It has a kitchen (small oven, electric stove, fridge, utensils) and its own spacious bathroom/WC. It has a TV in each room (only 1-2 channels due to poor signal in the mountain)
🔹Enjoy your coffee on the balcony with the wonderful view of the Lala gorge.
