Guest access
Private and secure unit that only the guests have access to. There is no indoor shared space in this unit. The outdoor space such as parking lot and back yard are shared.
Other things to note
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
We are on a one way street. Please do not drive down the street the wrong way. If you do and get in an accident there is a high likelihood your car insurance would not cover you.
We have a tv in the unit, but it is a smart tv that does not have local cable. You will be able to load any subscription services that you have that work in Canada. Please note things like Hulu and Peacock are US based subscription services and will not work.
The unit has a washer and dryer and a small supply of detergent is provided.
Our unit is a self check in/check out unit. It is your responsibility to be able to access the check in information via the airbnb app to be able to access the unit. We do not guarantee someone will be available to check you in.
There is not one host, but rather a team that is available to support you throughout your stay. Therefore we ask that you keep communication in the airbnb app. This ensures that the you get the promptest response possible. If you make a phone call to the host and there is no answer it is your responsibility to leave a voice mail message so that we can know to get back to you. We operate a number of businesses and do not return calls to unknown numbers that do not leave a message due to the number of calls we receive.
