Fully equipped including all bedding. It has a private back garden and clothesline. Parking for at least two vehicles is on the street in front of house. The house has reverse cycle airconditioning and ceiling fans. Modern granite benched kitchen with large two door fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooktop. A gas barbeque on the verandah allows for alfresco dining. Upstairs has two bedrooms -1 Queen and 2 large singles, as well as a study with desk and lounge. Adjacent to the upstairs living are is a small wetbar area with fridge, microwave oven and coffee/tea making facilities. Downstairs bedroom has a King bed.
The verandahs offer a wonderful spot to sit with a cool drink and watch the sun set over the river, or the dolphins play.
The house and gardens are for the the exclusive use of guests. There is a library of books, DVD's and games to enjoy
Interaction with guests
Anne & Graeme live in the house next door and are available to help guests settle in, provide local information and recommendations or answer any queries. They can organise startup provisions if required.
We request No Smoking indoors but guests may use the verandahs. Pets are not permitted.
We do request that guests respect the privacy of our neighbours with regard to noise particularly between the hours of 10pm to 8am.

We love travel. enjoying new food experiences, walking, history and meeting new people. We have just sold our business and look forward to travelling to new destinations - life is too short not to make the most of any opportunities.
