Houseboat in the most innovative district of Amsterdam.
LaCorteSconta B&B is located in a modern residential area, 12 min. from Amsterdam Central Station by tram (line 26, Steigerieiland stop) where you will reach an area free from the many tourists who crowd the city and full of water and green space.
The B&B is a Floating-Villa on 3 floors moored in the lake IJ. The 3rd floor is where we live with my 2 little children.
The large living room (breakfast area) and the under water floor (guests area) complete the location. Each room has a double bed, WiFi, TV or computer and other services.
The bathroom, shower, bath, double hand-wash and toilettes are shared, according to the traditional philosophy of coexistence and respect that belongs to the B&B concept itself. The bathroom cleaning is provided daily.

B&b vivement recommandable

Welcome to my wonderful houseboat! I live here with my two children Rocco and Dante. You may have understood that I come from Italy! I left my hometown Venice and my "adopted city" Rome, spent 10 years traveling to different continents and finally I chose to move here in Netherlands five years ago, to try to make a change of my life. I have found a wonderful and exciting city that can give back a lot from hard work. In addition to the "cancer" like me who love sea, open spaces bright and clean but at the same time be able to find any stimulus from a dynamic and cosmopolitan city, I found the perfect place to continue my journey!
