It is one block from Blackbeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen TVs, leather sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air .
Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons either at the semiprivate swimming pool or on one of the decks/balcony overlooking the street or the pool.
The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool.
Pet friendly property. Pets must be house trained (only dogs and cats please). Pet fee applies (2 pets max)
This property is registered and has a valid permit with the city of South Padre Island

I started investing in Real Estate in SPI back in 2009, where I bought a townhome for our use, but we used it for only a couple of weeks during the year. So I started renting it short term and realized I was meeting wonderful people always wanting to relax and enjoy the Island... I loved it so much that I bought the unit next door, and then a unit one block away, and so forth... it's been a wonderful journey. We now own 13 units and are currently managing 3 additional units belonging to friends! I retired from the industry and I am doing this full time!
