For my first time in Canada, and the trip was made extra special by staying in Karen and Dean's apartment. It was the perfect home base for my partner and I. Groovy and convenient neighborhood, close to public transit and a plethora of tasty establishments. We were able to bike, metro, or walk anywhere we wanted to go. Having access to Karen and Dean's kitchen gave us the opportunity to make delicious dinner and breakfasts to eat on the terrace. The apartment is spacious and full of light and inspiring artwork, and it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. Checking in to the apartment was a breeze, even with our late flight, and Karen was very easy to communicate with, leaving us with great recommendations and always responded promptly to my questions and concerns. Can't wait to visit Montreal again, hope I get to meet Karen and Dean over pizza sometime!

Karen and Dean's place was exactly as described - absolutely charming. The neighbourhood was fantastic (so close to the Jean Talon market, metro, busses and a Timmies!). It was clean, cozy and extremely welcoming. I really can't say enough nice things - my husband and I fell in love with this apartment and would happily stay there again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Karen's place was wonderful. The apartment is lovely, and in a great location. Very close to the fantastic Jean Talon Market, steps away from a "Dep", and convenient to many bars and restaurants and public transit. It was easy to communicate with Karen to plan our arrival and she was helpful with tips about parking and recommendations in the neighborhood and around Montreal. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we cooked some delicious meals with ingredients from the market. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Montreal was absolutely wonderful. From the start we had great communication with Karen and she left us a very comprehensive and helpful guide for our arrival, along with a number of great suggestions for good spots to visit in the city. Karen's apartment is spacious, comfortable, and stayed very cool even though the weather was hot and very humid the weekend we were in town. The apartment has a very well-equipped kitchen, which we took advantage of as we like to cook when we travel and stay in Airbnbs. The Jean-Talon Market is literally down the street-- we visited frequently to pick up food, snacks, and even souvenirs (iced cider wine!). We'd love to stay again, if Karen would have us!

We had such a lovely stay at Karen's place. The apartment is well situated, close to the metro, Jean Talon market, and delicious shops and restaurants. The place was much larger and even more charming than depicted in the photos. It is beautifully unique and interesting with an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor. The room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable, which made for restful sleeps. Karen was flexible and extremely helpful in accommodating our requests. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.

Karen't apartment was even better than the pictures. It was very cozy, warm and had a real rustic charm to it. The backyard is lovely and had it not been for the rain I would have really loved having a cup of coffee there and relaxing. The neighborhood is nice as well. It was a really nice stay!
