without direct hearing or visual contact with neighbors. The owners cultivate the surrounding fields and use the other buildings on the property.

The house is the main building of the farm. The owner family cultivates the farm, but only lives in the house from time to time. The rental includes the house, not the outbuildings. The yard can be used freely.
In this location, a private car is essential because there is no public transport in the area.

KEY
The key to the house can be found in the key container next to the front door. You'll receive a code when you arrive at the property.

SHOES
In our house, shoes are left in the hallway. There are woolen socks in the hallway if you feel the need to get something warm on your feet.

WATER
The water comes from our own well. The water is purified by ozonation. The groundwater in the area has varying amounts of rust. However, the water can be used safely. WASTE
Sort combustible, bio and glass/metal. Outside, in the corner of the red shed, there are collection bins for garbage. Empty cans and bottles can be left in a plastic bag in the hallway.

HEATING
The house is heated by an air heat pump and electric radiators. The air heat pump controller and operating instructions are located in the vicinity of the air heat pump.
