The space

Hola! This is my renovated bungalow in Moraira, in the heart of the Costa Blanca. The house is situated in a quiet area just 5 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of the town and has a supermarket nearby. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, a dining room, fireplace, barbecue, bathroom, kitchen and front and rear terrace.

It is very quiet and perfectly located for those who want to enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean beaches in Moraira, Benissa, Javea, Calpe and Altea, and for those who want to explore rural tourism in inland villages as Lliber or Jalón, famous for their trekking paths and wine.

It is available for short rentals, weeks, months and long term. It is a quiet community full of European residents.

I will be very happy to welcome you in my homeland!

Hasta pronto!

We spent one week in Bea's apartment in August 2016. The pictures reflect the status of the apartment with accuracy. Bea was nice and supportive at all times. HOWEVER, for the price we paid (703 euros/6 nights) we expected a little bit more comfort: 1. We love to cook and we also picked the place because it says that the kitchen is fully equipped, but we were missing some basics such as kitchen towel, trash bags, soap and a form or pan to use in the oven. 2. There is no air-conditioning and the ventilators in the house were both old, noisy and useless. 3. The mattresses were pretty old too and totally uncomfortable. 4. The washing machine was broken. As Bea provided us new towels with original packaging and unwashed, we wanted to wash them but it was not possible. Fortunately, she had old washed towels too and she also offered to call a plumber to fix the washing machine. The neighborhood is calm and nice. You need a car (at least 10 minutes, normally 15) to reach any beach in the surroundings. Due to the poor equipment for the price, we have the feeling that the apartment is not supposed to be used as a holiday accommodation but maybe as a permanent residence.

We spent three weeks in Bea's house in August and did have a great time. The house is nicely decorated, very cosy and clean and has everything we needed. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and there is a bakery, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants round the corner. With a car it's only 5 minutes drive from the beach and the city center. We loved the sea and very much enjoyed Costa Blanca with its beautiful views and great cuisine!

Beatriz was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. She met us late the evening we arrived and escorted us directly to the front door of our lovely holiday home. She was very informative of the area, and made my first transaction through AirBnB hassle free. I would recommend, both Beatriz and her bungalow in Moraira to anyone.
