My one bedroom/one bath apartment is perfect for one traveler or a couple that wants to be close to downtown but still enjoy a neighborhood vibe.
This space is great for those that enjoy a comfortable and homey apartment that has personality. The den/office nook area is much larger than many other Austin one-bedroom apartments built before this decade. The apartment complex was built in the 70s, re-painted with vibrant retro colors, and built to surround an intimate courtyard and pool area. This is a great place for those that may want to stay in and cook, too, as the stove is gas and there's a ton of cookware.
Guests can access all parts of the apartment and apartment complex. The apartment complex has a gym, pool, and laundry center, all a few steps away from the front door of the apartment.

Other things to note
I also think it's important to note that the review below was made in error, and I'm in the process of getting it removed. I am not going to cancel on you days before you arrive! I can promise you that. :)
Please be respectful to my neighbors. If you have a dog, please keep him/her on a leash at all times.
Please smoke outside in the courtyard.
Park anywhere you'd like, there are no restrictions.
Hi -- Thanks for checking out my digs.
My name is Raf, and I'm a doctoral student at University of Texas. I moved to Austin about four years ago from the mountains of NC. I spend most weekends exploring Austin via bike, enjoying delicious beers with friends, and catching shows that don't attract tall people as patrons. I think Austin is one of the most friendly places to live (from October to June), so I'm more than happy to give recommendations on what to do/see here.
