The space
Every room is this home is spacious. Each room is designed by an interior decorator and provides brand new furniture, mattresses, linens, appliances, etc. Our property consists of two lots so you will have plenty of room for parking and outside entertainment. Brand new central AC installed inside the home.
The neighborhood is one of the most sought after neighborhoods on Winnipesaukee-Suissevale- a wonderful community with a multitude of activities for everyone to enjoy. Two community beaches, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, and olympic size volley ball courts, two new playgrounds, a huge sledding hill overlooking the lake in the winter. Barbecues, a gazebo, boat launches and more are offered in the community. Gorgeous and well maintained roads with breathtaking lake views for your morning walk or boat ride in the neighborhood. Bring a kayak, boat or jet ski two one of the two boat launches in Suissevale.

PLEASE NOTE:

Linen and towels are available for $75 for both; $25 for towels only (guests bring their own linens) or $50 for linens only (guests bring their own towels).

We are Paul and Amanda. We have two boys, Jayden and Adrian. We are active in the real estate world-we develop homes. We love to come up to Lake Winnipesaukee and create memories. We love all seasons up here. We enjoy boating, hiking, pickleball and the beach in the warmer months. We like to snow mobile, ice fish and ski in the colder months. The fall's also a beautiful time to enjoy. This area has some incredible restaurants. We are big foodies!
