Beautiful comfortable 18th century farmhouse tastefully restored, quality services. In a green setting in the countryside but close to all amenities. Located 15 minutes from Vieux Mans and 25 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit.
Very easy to access: 10 min interchange highway Paris/Nantes/Rennes/Tours/Caen, TGV station 20 min and TER 5 min.
Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, you'll feel right at home. PS: not suitable for large gatherings > 14 (wedding...) unless agreed please.

The space
The beds are made on arrival (duvet sets) except for extra baby beds.
Bathroom linens are provided.
Wood for the fireplace is sold for a very reasonable price at Super U or Gamm Vert.
Airbnb only offers barbecue as outdoor equipment, in our case it's a plancha.
There's a tuned piano for amateurs.
You'll feel right at home.

Guest access
The whole house and the large garden are yours. No access to the garage, in case of real need ask us well in advance.
