The Sunny Roofhouse is located in a ideal spot in Kaloudiana village only two minutes away from Kasteli Kissamos and with direct access to the most important routes such as Elafonisos,Falasarna and Balos Lagoon. It has a Rooftop with unobstructed view over olive groves up to the sea.

The space
Our house is a comfortable second floor apartment with a kitchen, a small bathroom, two bedrooms and a private rooftop terrace.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, which we equiped with an anatomic mattress to ensure for our guests a comfortable sleep.
Our second bedroom has two single beds with anatomic mattress, which can be joined as one semi double.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals .
The bathroom and the terrace have been renovated recently.
In the spacious rooftop terrace , you can rest on comfortable sunbeds during day time, enjoy your meals under pergola and relax in the comfy hammock chair dropping vista view of Kissamos Gulf.

Guest access
Guests have the options to check in and check out all by themselves, following the simple self check in and check out procedures. Also exclusive and autonomous access to Sunny Roofhouse and to the roofgarden is provided so that they can manage their privacy and time as they wish.
The apartment is on the second floor and the access is by stairs.

Our apartment is recommended for those who wish to be close to the most famous destinations and tourist attractions of Chania. It's located 50 km west of Chania airport and 38 km of Chania city. Kissamos is the centre of municipality, only two minutes away from our apartment and close by, there are 3 of the most world famous destinations. South of us is Elafonisi beach, nortwest is the Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa and west is the ancient Falasarna with the famous beach .
