Enjoy the view of the Tippecanoe River when you stay at Artu! The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends.

This house is located just down the road from the town park and walking distance to the riverside rentals. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.

The space
You will have the entire house to yourself. The only space with no access is the cleaning/storage room.

Downstairs bedrooms:
BEDROOM 1: King bed + smart TV + en suite
BEDROOM 2: Queen bed + smart TV

Loft style bedroom upstairs:
BEDROOM 3: Two XL full size beds + 2 smart TVs

Guests will have access to entire house and property.

Other things to note
This house is located in the woods, which mean spiders and bugs are everywhere. While we try to prevent them, they do occasionally get in the house. Being located near the woods, we are lucky to have a quiet atmosphere where you can sit and hear the water floating by and see some wildlife as well!

Early check-in/late check-outs:
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes.

To guarantee early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the nightly rate. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out, we can block off the night for a guaranteed late check-out at half the nightly rate.

HEATING/COOLING:
This house does not have a typical thermostat style heater. Each room has an individual unit that provides heating or cooling. A remote controls the temperature. The living room and back sun room have wall mounted gas heaters. Instructions to operate these can be found in the house manual.
