The living room is situated at the front with French doors and open views. It has a dining table which can seat 4 people. The kitchen has a electric cooker, microwave, washing/drying machine and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a 3 piece suite comprising bath with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is easy access to the Union Canal, which is at the rear of the building.
