Our villa is located in a green paradise near Florence, a sanctuary to relax your mind, enjoy nature and embrace slow-living culture.
The central part of the house, in stone, derives from the transformation of a medieval watchtower for either Quona or Montefiesole castles both in ruins.
Guest can enjoy a ful relax holiday swimming in the private pool, cooking and eating at the special barbecue area, taking a hike or a bike tour in the surrounding hills, booking a Horse trip at the nearby farm!

We have equipped a kitchen for our guests, with: - electric oven - microwave oven - dishwasher - washing machine - iron.
With advance notice we can supply a cook.
In the living and dining rooms there are three fireplaces, a computer connected to internet, a tv with satellite dish, a small library containing guides and useful information.
Within the ample space that Cafaggio offers one finds 9 beds distributed in 4 bed rooms ( 3 rooms with doble bed, 1 room with double sofa-bed and small single walk-through bedroom). There is also a free bed for children up to two years old. (a further bed can be obtained for a supplememtary fee). If you want, there are 2 (+2) beds in the SUITE.What was the barn belonging to the old farmhouse of Cafaggio di Sopra, has been transformed into an independent suite which can accommodate two people but it is more ideally suited to a couple. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning
The "open" area of the suite is equipped with a beautiful fireplace, TV LCD, and offers a double bed sofa.
The Open Space of our SUITE is organized with a bedroom on the top floor, with a double bed.
The sofa-bed in the living room offers another 2 sleeping places.
The lower floor of the SUITE contains a beautiful kitchen equipped with the following: oven; microwave oven; dishwasher. It also offers a washing machine and an iron.
From April until the end of October, you will have at your complete disposition the swimming pool and adjacent sunbathing area with deck chairs.
During the period when the swimming pool is open, HOUSE and SUITE are not available separately, so you can be sure to enjoy these areas exclusively.
Next to the house, in the garden, there is an area equipped with a barbecue, and two different lunch areas.
The wood is already cut and free up to 50 kg.

We have specifically chosen species natural to the local area in order to create a small Tuscan landscape which superbly blends in to the surrounding landscape.
The garden's flowers, the lawn, the silver green of the Olives and the shady tones of the woods, create the priceless contrasts, that arise under the blue skies of Tuscany.
The garden around the house enjoys a splendid view, directly confined by woods inhabited by numerous species of birds (ideal for bird watching).
We are on the top of a hill, the air is drier and cleaner, and there is an ever present pleasant breeze: it's possible to remain exposed to the sun and obtain a good tan.

My family owns a little farm in a small village in Florence countryside where they produce organic olive oil, wine and vegetables like dwarf-beans and black cabbage typical from this area.
