This is a small six unit building. There is one washer and dryer on the first floor laundry room. The washer is slow and takes about 90 minutes to wash clothes

Interaction with guests

I'm usually out of the country, so one of my awesome friends will contact you and get you set up.

The neighbourhood

Pedestrian friendly historic neighborhood. small parks, world renowned galleries, & big trees.

Other things to note

I just have a 55 inch 4K ultra TV. No cable

I am a constant traveler who works on major projects in remote locations. I am a Safety Consultant and Paramedic. Basically the ideal renter: Very neat and orderly :), I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels and vacation rentals. I am self reliant and NEVER call and complain about minor things. Anyway, I love my job and visiting new places. Fighting Texas Aggie Class of '98
