The space

Situated in Broadbeach resort this 3 bedroom luxury townhouse provides a lovely place to relax on your holiday in Inverloch.

The master bedroom has an ensuite, walk in robe, wall mounted TV and private deck. The second and third bedrooms include built-in robes and share a modern bathroom. All bedrooms include split system air con/heating and ceiling fans.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas flow to the north facing deck, superb for entertaining and relaxing whilst watching the activity on the wetlands and bird sanctuary. The living area has a large leather couch, 8 seater dining table, split system air conditioner / heater, large full HD TV, DVD player and bluetooth speaker. The laundry has washer and dryer and there is a remote control garage.

Broadbeach Inverloch is a beachside resort offering contemporary accommodation all just a stroll to beaches, restaurants, cafes and a relaxing village culture by the sea. Set amongst heritage trees & pristine coastal grounds, this stunning complex offers so much. Embracing environmentally responsible accommodation, the resort features Manna Gum Restaurant (open Wednesday to Sunday), an indoor heated pool and steam room, outdoor pool (for use in the warmer months), a fully equipped gymnasium, tennis court and conference facilities. There is also many walking tracks on your doorstep that wind through the creek reserve/wetlands, towards the beach and into town.

Cleaning

It is expected that guests will leave the property tidy with dishes washed and placed back to the cupboards, all rubbish placed in bins provided outside (large bin with yellow lid for recyclables), any spills wiped or mopped up, furniture in same location as check in, BBQ cleaned. Any stains to carpet, upholstery or other fabrics (eg. wine, coffee, etc) may incur and dry cleaning charge. Extra cleaning charges may apply of $30/hr.

Smoking

No smoking indoors. Any smoking indoors will incur a $200 cleaning fee.

Functions/Parties/Schoolies/Minimum age

Absolutely no parties, gatherings, schoolies or functions of any nature are permitted. This rule is strictly adhered to and no exceptions are made. Excessive noise or any gathering/parties in properties will result in eviction and loss of tariff and security deposit. We do not allow schoolies bookings or groups of young people under the age of 21 years

Bad Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate your stay and have you leave the property immediately without refund should any guest engage in the following:
- cause any malicious damage to property
- causing a public nuisance, excess noise or undesirable behavior
- accommodating more people than booked without prior consent
- ignoring warnings or requests from management

Noise

We ask guests to be conscious of noise disturbance to neighbouring properties. It is a condition of this booking that your group respect our zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties/functions or antisocial behavior.
Should our security company receive a complaint a $250 call out fee will be charged and your group will be asked to vacate without refund of the remaining tariff. We strictly adhere to this policy as we do not want large partying groups occupying our house. If there is a chance your group may fall into this category, please do not proceed with your booking.

Damage or Broken equipment

Please report any faulty or damaged equipment. Depending on the nature of the breakage compensation may be sought.

Pets

No pets are allowed without prior consent. Extra cleaning costs will be incurred for any pet hair or other mess caused.

Kris’s place was the perfect location to explore Inverloch, Wilson’s Promontory and the surrounding area. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped and even has some extra luxuries like heat lamps in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our one night stay, would recommend!

I went for a short getaway with my two adult daughters and we had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was excellent, and the pool, spa and sauna were a wonderful bonus.

It was a nice clean place. We loved the way eveything was well organized and even smallest of thing was considered for a holiday living. Its near to a tennis court, heated pool and a restaurant. Highly recommended for a weekend gateway.
