Bedroom 2 has a king bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 includes a king bed. Bedroom 4 provides two twin beds and patio access. An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the rest of the home. The living room features a large sectional couch positioned in front of a smart TV and gas fireplace. The fully updated kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and all necessary cookware. The formal dining room seats 8 under natural light. Step outside to find a resort-style pool, hot tub, poolside cabana, hammock chair, sun loungers, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and gas fire pit. The landscaped grounds include a cascading garden pond and grassy lawn for games like cornhole.
