A special one bedroom apartment situated just outside the village of Cheriton Bishop, on the edge of Dartmoor and yet only 12 miles to the cathedral city of Exeter. The views are stunning and all look south. For the sake of clarity the Annexe is attached to our main residence and some of the external photos relate to both properties.

The space
The property is on two storeys with a spiral staircase leading from the lounge to the bedroom and toilet facilities. It is not therefore suitable for anyone with a mobility problem.

Guest access
There is a garden surrounding the annexe and there will be an area where guests can sit outside.
