One of the best things about our condo is its location. We're just a short walk or drive to some of the city's top attractions, including museums, shopping districts, and restaurants. And if you need to get around the city, there are multiple public transit options nearby.

The saltwater pool is not heated. Opens May 15th and closes October 15th.

Given the age and layout, Ocean II Condos is not ADA/ANSI compliant.

Pets are not permitted.

We rent to a maximum of two guests.

Any type of Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the condo and the condo complex property.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Inside the condo units
Balconies and patios
Common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and walkways.
Outdoor: pool and lawn areas within the complex
Any violation of this no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine per incident.
