Spacious and bright apartment, with 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an American kitchen, and a beach atmosphere that immediately activates your beach spirit of vacation in Rio de Janeiro. Building with 24-hour security and concierge, garage, swimming pool, and a garden that guests can use freely.

The space
Arriving at the apartment, you will enter through a generous and well-lit room. Behind the living room, you will see the dining room, and behind it, the main balcony, with high glass doors. At the other end of the room, next to the entrance, there is a cozy American kitchen, with everything you need to prepare small meals. The decor is light, in a naval/beach style, where white and blue tones predominate. Depending on the number of guests in the reservation, only the suite with a balcony will be available (in reservations for more than 2 guests, the guest room will also be available with another double bed).

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment (living room, kitchen, suite, bathrooms, balconies, and, when there is more than one couple, also to the guest bedroom). They will also have free access to the building's pool, garden, and reception lounge. Upon payment of an extra fee, guests can also have access to a parking space in the building's covered parking, on the upper floor (second garage door after the concierge).

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the balconies with the doors closed to prevent smoke from entering, out of respect for the next guests.
- It is not allowed to hold any kind of party in the apartment with guests not officially included in the reservation.
- Be careful with the hot water in the apartment. It can get very hot, so always open it sparingly and mix it with cold water.
- We do not recommend washing wire bras in the washing machine, as you risk breaking them.
