fabulous flat really well located. Emilie was there to meet me - seems lovely - all communication was clear and good. I stupidly left keys in wrong place when i left, but we got it sorted!! The area is fabulous - and i could live in both the area and the flat witjout any problem - i would stay here again !! It is a bit of a climb, so if you have a shed load of luggage or are averse to stairs, this may not be for you. Us younguns don't mind that though!

Emilie was a lovely host. Although we didn't get to meet her she was in constant contact with us, and pick up and drop off of keys was easy. The apartment is lovely - it's big, and quirky, and located in a quiet residential street walking distance from many small and interesting bars and cafes. Stay here if you want to feel like you are living in Berlin, not just visiting :-)

Perfect airy and cosy apartment exactly where we wanted to be in KB. Gustave the cat came with the place - and we quickly became firm friends. Emilie is a great host , responsive and flexible. The flat was perfectly prepared with nice little touches too. 4th floor (no lift) , firm ( but very comfortable ) bed - both of those were not a problem for us in the slightest. We will be back

Emilie was the perfect host and was very kind and courteous. The location is good for accessing the U-Bahn network to the other areas of Berlin. There are some nice cafés & places to eat nearby if you wish. Or some large supermarkets within walking distance. The only thing We did not realise was that we would be sharing the shower/bathroom with them, but it was not a problem really. Yes, the bed is on the firm side, but I prefer beds like that, as the soft types give me backache. The 8 flights of stairs were a challenge after a long day walking around Berlin, but it helped keep us fit :-) We had a great time in Berlin over those 5days, and Emilie was very kind in letting us leave our suitcase there until we flew home late on Friday night.

My room was large and comfortable, and my host Emilie was friendly and welcoming. It was excellently placed in Kreuzberg. The only drawbacks were that the room was four long floors up, and the bed was very hard.

Room was fantastic! It was large and airy and the hosts were really welcoming. It was also in the perfect area for a base during our trip to Berlin - close to a train station and in a quirky area full of little bars and cafés. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Berlin although it is on top floor with no lift so there are 4 flights of stairs to go up.

The room is light and airy, incredibly spacious. It's in an amazing location, a short walk from transport links and some great restaurants and bars, but is also peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended, we had a great stay.
