Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Bring the whole family to this lovely basement suite located just off the famous West Side Wine Trail! With 3 wineries and the lake all within walking distance everyone is bound to have fun. After touring the Okanagan all day, come back to the biggest, comfiest couch you have ever laid on and kick back with a book, watch a DVD or enjoy a glass of wine and BBQ on your private deck while gazing out at the lake.

The space
Large secondary suite with your own patio with patio couch, BBQ and views. Walk into the open main living space with dining table and giant couch. There is one large bedroom and 4 piece bathroom on the other side of the suite. The bedroom has a king bed and a double futon.

Other things to note
This is a basement suite and we do live upstairs so you will be able to hear noise from upstairs. We ensure to make a conscious effort not to be loud when we have guests but just be aware some noise does transfer.
