Uniquely situated on the banks of the glorious River Tay. This self-catering property is located on the garden level of Cargill House with a large terrace overlooking the majestic river. Ideal for families, friends, fishermen, and kayakers looking for a peaceful stay.

With gorgeous river views, we are set in 10 acres of enclosed private grounds. The hot tub is for the exclusive use of our apartment guests and firewood is included.

The space
Living Room – Breaks are about relaxing and the living room space is designed just for that. A large comfy sofa, window seat with cushions, and armchairs facing the glistening river await you. Enjoy the selection of books, smart TV, magazines and games.

Kitchen - All the amenities required for a holiday break. Electric fan oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher with tablets, washing machine and a dining table and seats allowing ample space for four.

Bedroom One – Can be set up as a Superking or twin room. The beds are all pocket sprung mattresses and extremely comfy. This room features river views, a sink, built-in wardrobe with hanging rail and a black out blind.

Bedroom Two – King size double room. This room features a chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe with hanging rail and a black out blind.

Bathroom - Fully renovated in 2025 and finished to a very high standard it is clean with traditional, chic sanitary-ware, a spacious walk-in shower and under-floor heating

Hallway - Spacious hallway features a traditional pew bench for comfortably taking those walking and welly boots off at the end of an active day. A built in cupboard can hold extra luggage, golf clubs or buggies.

Outdoors - The large paved terrace is for your private use, it is fully setup for outdoor dining, withe table and chairs, benches and a wood burning stove with built in BBQ.

Hot Tub - This handmade wood burning hot tub is the ultimate in luxury outdoor living. All firewood is supplied for your stay, and we are on hand to help with lighting it up if required.

Expect high standards of comfort with soft towels, crisp white linen, plant-based toiletries and complimentary tea & coffee facilities.
