Ocean breezes cool all 3 levels of this close-to-the-coast Isle of Palms retreat. Loungers wait on the deck by the pool and hot tub, and there’s a pool cabana and screened-in porch along with a games room. High ceilings and hardwood floors bring an airy, coastal-chic feel to rooms laid out by architect Brent Fleming. It’s a short walk down the street and across the dunes to the beach.

Other things to note
The pool and hot tub can be heated for $850 per 100 gallons of gas and any gas not used will be refunded after departure. If the gas runs out while you are here, you will be given the option to have it refilled and then reimbursed what you don’t use. Please give us at least a weeks notice before you arrive. If for some reason the equipment breaks or the heat function fails and cannot be fixed, then the pool fee will be refunded at a pro-rated amount. If the pool is heating, but not to your liking, this does not constitute a refund. You also have the option to only heat the hot tub and that will be charged at $5.50/gallon of gas used after your stay.
