Other things to note
1. Is this a hotel?
This is a privately owned serviced apartment & does not have any front desk reception. Once booking is confirmed, we will contact you as soon as possible, we will provide the information on check in procedure as we practice SELF CHECK IN. We will share the CHECK IN PROCEDURES via Whats App during the Check In day.
This unit is ideal for 6 adults and maximum up to 10 people include kids. PLEASE INFORM AND BE HONEST IF MORE. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
Strictly for maximum of 10 person only.
2) Strictly for registered overnight guests only. NON OVERNIGHT GUESTS are NOT ALLOWED to enter my house and Timurbay Residence Building nor use it’s facilities. Strictly NO VISITORS.
3) Additional guests
Please let us know in advance before proceed with booking.
Any additional guests will be charge. RM35.00/ head per night (approval is depending on further discussion). Kids above 12 will be charged as an adult.
4) How the check in procedure goes?
Once we received your confirmation of booking, we will send you a registration form to fill in via Airbnb inbox. Please fill in the details and we will help to send it to Timur Bay Management and Security Guardhouse as Pre-Registration purpose. *We provide such pre-registration service, so that the process of Check In from the Guardhouse will run smoothly. FAILURE to FILL IN FULL INFORMATION will result in you not being allowed to enter to Check In.
5) What is the approximate time for check in and check out?
Our Standard check-in time for Weekday is 3pm to 7pm while Standard Check-In time for Weekend / Peak Season is from 4pm to 7pm. Standard Check Out time is 12pm.
Early check in can be arranged subject to the room availability. Brief wait for check-in is required as unit ready depends on the period/season (especially during peak season and fully booking). If you're here early and the room is not yet ready, feel free to enjoy the surroundings and facilities in Timur Bay!
*Check In time for Instant booking on same day is MINIMUM 3 HOURS AFTER the booking confirmed.*
Early Check In or Late Check Out
Please let us know in advance to check on availability . (Extra charges applied) at RM 50 per hour.
Late Check Out
Late Checkout on or after 3.00 pm will be charged 100% as per my Airbnb rate.
6) Is cooking allowed in the property?
Only light cooking is allow in our property . But we hope that you can enjoy your stay without the smell of kitchen smoke and grease oil. Please make sure you off the fire of the stove before going out.
7) Any deposit required?
Yes, a Security Deposit of RM200 must be transfer before check in, and deposit will be refund in 24hours after check out. However, In the event where you not yet deposited the security deposit prior your check in date, but wish to cancel this reservation, RM 200.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount calculated by the airbnb.
Deposit will be refunded 24hours upon Check Out.
Strictly NO REFUND of Security Deposit and Room Charges if cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior checkin date. (Except for cleaning fee)
8) Strictly No Party, No Alcohol Drinks, No Pork Food.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) Strictly, No smoking anywhere inside the building. However, you can smoke outside the building or any designated smoking area.
11) Please help us to ensure the house is acceptably clean and tidy. There is an extra penalty fee for any extra cleaning required.
12) Any damages caused by the guest will be charge to his/her account/deposit money.
13) Garbage must be throw daily.
Garbage/ Refuse room is located beside the lift lobby of each floor. Make sure to throw your garbage at the bin provided in the garbage room.
14) Please help us turn off all electrical switches (ig. Aircond, TV , Iron etc) everytime you leave the apartment.
15) Please follow current government SOP (prevention of Covid -19)
16) If you are muslim, stays are allowed for mahram only.
