Enjoy your home away from home with amenities galore at this comfortable, unique, ideal place to stay. Steps away from everything you need and want. This updated King bed 1 BR first floor unit with deck, yard and backyard patio/bbq. In the heart of vibrant Fox Point on the East side, near popular restaurants, ice cream, bakery and coffee. Near Brown, RISD, Wickenden St., Wayland square, entrance to I-195, downtown, water/boat launch, playgrounds and India Point Park.

The space
King bed in bedroom and sofa bed in living room, can sleep up to four. Fully equipped kitchen and complimentary coffee/tea station. Large bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Living room with new TV, streaming services (Disney +, Netflix) included. Toys, games (classics!), books, even a pack n play if travelling with the little ones. Free washer and dryer on site. Deck right off bedroom with table and chairs and sizeable back yard. Our goal is for you to feel right at home in our lovely, bright, comfortable space.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire first floor unit of our home, which includes 1 BR and a large living room. The bedroom has a King sized bed, and a door to access the deck and backyard. The living room has a sofa bed with a memory foam queen mattress. Guests can also access the basement, which has a free washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets!

This is our home and we have made every effort to make it as comfortable as possible for our guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, stove, and microwave, cutlery, pots/pan, and full place settings. The space is family friendly with books, games, a few toys, and a pack n play.

Free street parking is easy to find and we provide an overnight parking pass for our guests as well.

Please note that there is a set of stairs to access the unit.

Welcome to Fox Point- we love it here! You are steps away from a variety of resturants, ice cream, bakeries, and bars, including Chomp, Allepo Sweets, Kow Kow, and Tallulah's Taqueria (and the list goes on!). Walking distance to Brown, 5 minutes to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, 10 minutes drive to downtown, RISD, convention center. One minute to the entrance for I-195. Several parks within walking distance, including the amazing India Point park, right on the water. Everything you need is right here- and yet the neighborhood is peaceful and calm.
