We absolutely loved Antoinette. She is personable, a great conversationalist, incredibly intelligent, and knows the area very well. She always made my wife and I feel fantastic. Her breakfasts were awesome, even when we got up very early. She did our laundry for us. The view outside her home is always spectacular, and changes from minute to minute as weather sweeps over the bay. Our bedroom was very nice as well. Her decor is tasteful and vibrant. We miss her so much already. Our ten days at Valhalla were the best ten days my wife and I have had travelling. David and Brittany

We loved the location and proximity to so many sights, town and beautiful hiking trails. The views and grounds were spectacular. Antoinette was very welcoming and gave us some great suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable. The house felt luxurious. We would highly recommend this B & B

Our stay in Antoinette 's house was lovely. The view is beautiful even if the time was so so. But the house and room are so cosy. Antoinette is a very welcoming host.

Arrived at Valhalla as guests but left as firm friends. Antoinette is such a warm and generous host that you feel immediately at home. The house is spacious, very comfortable and clean but the panoramic views are sensational (weather dependent I suppose but we were very lucky!). Enjoyed a wonderful continental breakfast feast every morning in the lovely communal dining room. The dogs are energetic, super friendly and an utter joy to watch playing in the garden! We were recommended to visit Gleninchaquin Park which was one of the best days walking we spent - and more stunning views! Could not recommend Valhalla more highly!

We loved the view, hospitality and room at Anntoinette's. We especially enjoyed meeting her two pups and chatting with her. The breakfast was delicious and she was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions on where to go.

"The Courage to Dare and the Faith to Do" has inspired me to open the B&B after returning from living in South Africa for the past few years where I studied and qualified as a Counsellor. I am very much a people person with a bright and cheery attitude who believes life is for living. As well as being a Counsellor, I volunteer with needy organisations to bring a little bit more to people who have a little bit less. I am excited to open my beautiful home to the world's travellers so that they may enjoy true Irish hospitality. Looking forward to meeting you.
